Ground floor bedroom with direct access to the garden, located in an independent studio. The room features a double bed (180 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC in the bathroom, separate WC. Additional amenities include air conditioning, TV, minibar, and safe.

Bar

The villa boasts a genuine professional bar overlooking the garden, equipped with an ice machine, glass washer, cocktail tools, dance floor, laser lights, sound system, a comfortable sofa, and a TV.

Fitness Room

The villa features a private indoor gym equipped with a full range of fitness equipment such as weights, a stationary bike, treadmill, etc., as well as air conditioning and a fan for your comfort.

Kitchen

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen complete with an oven, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and a wide assortment of glasses. During your stay, you will also have access to a wine cellar to keep your wine at the optimal temperature.

Interiors

The property is divided into two parts - the main house, which holds 4 of the bedrooms, and the independent garden studio housing the final room. The villa is superbly decorated and maintained, oozing spaciousness, brightness, modernity, and an airy atmosphere. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with an 8-seater table, TV, and access to the terrace.

Exteriors

The famous warm climate of Mauritius is ideal for outdoor living. The villa has a private pool (can be heated upon request), a large terrace with outdoor dining space, a fully equipped outdoor bar with a dance area, and a large garden with a petanque field. Separate 2-car garages will house your vehicles.

Staff and Services

A housemaid will be available every day from 8 am to 4:30 pm. 4 bicycles and a golf cart are at your disposal in the garden. For enhanced comfort, the villa is equipped with misters on the front part of the house.
